Designed and furnished to the highest standards by Italian and American artists, this villa is truly a ‘one-off’ with views over the surrounding countryside, in a quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the local ferry to Luxor. It has a small shady garden on one side, and a large garden at the front which overlooks an attractive canal. There is a large, partially covered roof terrace, which has ceiling fans and from where it is possible to enjoy very nice views even on the hottest days. The apartment comprises a large, beautifully furnished reception room, and a kitchen with a large coloured glass dome.
There are two bedrooms in the main house, with a guest bedroom outside, with access to a utility room and a small shower room. There are two bathrooms in the main house. Together with the gardens that surround the house, there is a separate walled kitchen garden, in which the owner grows his own fruit and vegetables, of which tenants are welcome to avail themselves.
The rental includes local telephone calls, water, electricity, gas, and also the services of a cleaner who will visit the villa twice a week.
